30-Day Return Window
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all accessories and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or copyright reasons. These include:
- Opened ink cartridges and toner packs
- Software or digital downloads
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
- Products damaged by misuse or neglect
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our support team at support@techmart.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
Refund Process
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, we’ll gladly exchange it at no extra cost. In most cases, we’ll ship the replacement as soon as the defective product is confirmed in transit.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect products. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds
